1. how long will it take for my honey door co box to be delivered / arrive?

A: we know how important it is for your gift to get there quickly - and as long as your order is shipping within the US, the order will be shipped within 2 business days. You can select expedited shipping at check out, but typically your gift will arrive in within 5 days via standard postage.

2. I saw an item on your site that I want for myself - How can I purchase it for myself?

A: Just check out as normal - and be sure to put your own shipping address in the fields provided. We will send it to you like we send all our gifts - wrapped and displayed beautifully for you!

3. Is there a limit on how many gifts I can add to my gift box?

A: Nope! Don't worry about your gift not fitting - we have many different gift box sizes and we will be sure to find one that best fits your gift.

4. I want to purchase multiple gifts – How can I do that?

A: Select the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" option on the cart page.

5. I live in St. Louis, can I just pick up my box or product?

A: Of course - select 'Curbside Pick-up' at check-out and your shipping fee will be removed. You will then receive pick-up instructions via text message.

6. what's your return policy?

A: all of our boxes and products are final sale. That being said, if a gift arrives damaged we will be happy to replace it.

7. I'm interested in having Honey Door Co. create a custom box for my bridesmaids, is this something you do?

A: absolutely! email us at honeydoorco@outlook.com to learn more about our custom box options. Honey Door Co can create custom gifts for 1-12 recipients. For any more than that, we will direct you to our sister company Olive+Wynn for larger gifting needs.
